Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy
Hitayu believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed with us via our website. Once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with or without providing any notification to you.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order or the product you want has not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support at support@hitayuholistic.com for cancelling your order.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
How Will I Get Refunded?
All refunds — whether for cancellations, wrong products, or damaged items — will be credited directly to your Hitayu Store Wallet. This wallet credit can only be used for purchases on our website (hitayuholistichealthcare.com) and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
How it works:
• Once your refund is approved, the amount is added to your Store Wallet within 2–5 business days.
• You will see your wallet balance on your Account page when you log in to our website.
• A discount code will be provided on your Account page which you can apply at checkout to use your wallet balance.
• Your wallet balance never expires and can be used across multiple orders.
What About Discount Vouchers or Loyalty Points?
Discount vouchers are meant for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you have cancelled the order. If you have redeemed loyalty points for making payment of an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Once an order is confirmed, Hitayu will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. The Refund will be credited in your Wallet After checking all the Parameters and all the below points . Approved refunds in all cases below will be credited to your Hitayu Store Wallet.
Damaged Product
• Notify us within 2-3 days from delivery date via email to support@hitayuholistic.com.
• Include in the email: order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the damaged product.
• In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
• We will promptly replace the product or credit the refund amount to your Hitayu Store Wallet.
• Email will be responded to within 24–48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Missing Product
• Notify us within 2-3 days from delivery date via email to support@hitayuholistic.com.
• Include in the email: order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received.
• We will promptly re-send the missing product. If re-sending is not possible, the value will be credited to your Hitayu Store Wallet.
• Email will be responded to within 24–48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Wrong Product Shipped
• Notify us within 2-3 days from delivery date via email to support@hitayuholistic.com.
• Include in the email: order number, image of the invoice, and clear images of the wrong product received.
• We will arrange pickup of the wrong product and ship the correct one at no extra charge.
• If replacement is not possible, the full amount will be credited to your Hitayu Store Wallet.
• Email will be responded to within 24–48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Duplicate / Accidental Order
• If you accidentally placed and paid for the same order twice, contact us immediately at support@hitayuholistic.com or +91 9872224670.
• If the duplicate order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and credit the full amount to your Hitayu Store Wallet within 2–5 business days.
• If already shipped, please refer to our Returns policy above.
About Your Hitayu Store Wallet
• All refunds are issued as Store Wallet credits, usable only on hitayuholistichealthcare.com
• Wallet credits cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash.
• Your wallet balance and discount code are visible on your Account page after logging in.
• Apply the discount code at checkout to use your wallet balance on your next order.
• Wallet credits do not expire.
